How does it work?
Upon request, we will issue a quote for delivery, collection and weekly hire costs of the container. Once costs have been agreed, we require a completed hire form, proof of ID, utility bill and payment. Rent for the container can be paid on a monthly rolling contract.
After the paperwork has been finalised, we will arrange delivery of your container on a mutually suitable date and time.
We will deliver the container on a HIAB lorry in your desired location (providing placement is accessible and secure with a crane). If it is necessary for the container to be stored on the road, this will require a permit. It is the customers’ responsibility to arrange this permit.
Please ask a member of our team for assistance if needed.
How do I end rental?
We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to end hire of a container. This will need to be provided in writing via email or text. On the end date provided, we will collect the container from your premises.
What are the costs?
We charge for the delivery, collection and one month’s hire of the container up front. Delivery and collection is charged based on your location, calculated from our office in Abercynon, South Wales. Rent is calculated monthly for the container and a minimum term of 3 months hire is required. Monthly rental of the container is due on the 15th of every month.
*All customers are to arrange insurance for the container whilst in their possession, this can be supplied by ourselves for £5 per month.
Rates:
20ft x 8ft shipping container (available in Blue or Green) – £80 pcm inc VAT
8ft x 13.1ft flat packed (available in Green only) – £65 pcm inc VAT – delivered assembled unless requested flat packed.
If you wish for our flat packed containers to be delivered flat packed (un-assembled) and erected on site, this will incur a cost of £200 to erect and a cost of £200 to dismantle. The container is to be erected/dismantled by a member of our team only.
Failure to pay:
Should the rent not be paid on the 15th of the month, we will allow a grace period of 10 days there after a £30 late fee is charged. If the rent is not paid within 28 days of it’s due date, we reserve the right to reclaim our container/flat pack from your property. Any goods or items in the container at this time will be disposed of or sold to recoup unpaid rent and costs.
Ways to pay:
We accept cash, card or bank transfer. You are also able to set up a recurring payment every month from your debit or credit card.
